Window Weaving

For day 20 of the Spring Card Class 2, we learned how to use up scraps in 2 different ways and do some weaving too.

For this card, I used Memory Box stitched circle die, scraps and a Lawn Fawn Hello die cut 3 times. The cardstock is White and So saffron (SU).

I used a blue shimmery cardstock for this card, I cut a rectangle opening in it and weaved vellum strips.  I have colored vellum, and on the yellow, used a Y13 Copic marker. This little
House Mouse is so sweet, isn't he?  I colored using Copic markers. The sentiment is Gina K designs.  I added a few sequins.
We mssed my Grandson's first birthday with this pandemic....and the shut downs.  My DIL
is keeping me happy with IG videos and pictures daily, but not like being there for sure.

Challenges: TBA

Thanks for stopping by!

Wonderful cards Shelly - love the second one in particular - yes, that image is so sweet. I know what you mean about not 'being there' with the grandies. I was so glad when we were allowed out of total lockdown.
Stay safe

Shelly, these are so pretty. Love your window weaving. My goal is to try that today. Being gone for the weekend without access to my crafty stuff and Internet really put me behind. But I love some of the fun things they've done in the class. Really love that House Mouse. He's adorable and just the right touch to your gorgeous vellum weaving. Hope you enjoyed the class!
