Crafters of Faith

July 2020: Hostess/Kelly

Scripture: Psalm 33:12 (KJV) Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Challenge: July is often remembered for the 4th of July, backyard BBQ's, picnics and school being out for the summer! Let's take a moment to reflect that it also means a great freedom for all of us and celebrate spiritually as well. Create a card/project with a flag somewhere on it - either a stamp, die cuts, the colors red/white/and blue!

I combined the COF challenge with the Technique Lovers Challenge at Splitcoast this week.  I took Distress ink reinkers and placed them on a baby wipe, then swiped them across a piece of Glossy white CS in Red and Blue, then once dry, stamped and embossed onto it.

I chose to use the colors of R/W/B on my card and stamped and embossed over it. The Hope sentiment lead the idea for the card.

The Crafters of Faith is a group over at Splitcoast and is open for new crafters : )

Thanks for stopping by!
