McMahon Five New Releases 6/9/11

I had fun with a newly released digital image from McMahon Five Designs Nature's Song.

  I  was inspired to give the MoJo Monday Sketch a go.....  I pulled out Prima 6x6 paper (Madeline) and backed it with Chocolate Chip cardstock from Stampin Up. I used Copics to color the image and 'Layer Up' the bird. I used the Spellbinders Lacey Circles die in Choc Chipbehind the image.  The Seam Binding is dyed with Baja Breeze SU reinker.  I used a one inch circle punch for my scallops.
  I also fell in love with the Modern Flowers Chocolate set- and one sentiment in particular was calling out my name- for a dear friend who I do not see enough of anymore!

I cut out the flowers while waiting at a doctor appt- 20 minutes tops.  I added a little sparkle to the outlines of the lacey edged flower. I know she will enjoy the card- she has beautiful flower beds around her home!
