Wish Fairy

                 I made a card for the Progressive Freebie challenge at Designed2Delight.

I printed out some Digi Papers as well as a sentiment from Create with TLC.  I colored the image with Stampin Up Markers and highlighted with a Stardust Jelly Roll pen. I added color to my mulberry flowers with SU Pale Plum and then the Stardust Jelly pen. The Dew Drop in the flower center is colored with a Copic Marker.
