Today I used my digi’s from D2D (Designed2Delight) that is free this week. To get the Mojo going, I checked out what challenges were current and came up with a few- the new D2D challenge blog Double Delight wants a tent topper or a tent card- I have never made one of these before…so I got to work.
I printed out 3 of the images, and increased the size slightly for each one. I cut them out and layered them. I colored the image with Copics B95, RV34, YG13, BV02 and Y06. I used the Marker-tapping technique from the Technique Junkies. The card, the rub-ons, ribbon and DSP inside are from a Girl’s birthday kit from Creative Cards and More.
I added Creative Inspirations Paint for glimmer to the image. I outlined the scallops with the clear Spica Copic pen. I also decorated the inside of the card- first time ever…….
For the inside, I used more rub-ons, stickers and DSP from the kit mentioned above.

I decided to use more of the kit including a precut and scored card and make another card.
I have never made cards from a kit before- and I am really enjoying this! Here is the inside of the card- the main image is on the inside of the card- this is called an Aperture card. I colored the image with Copics Y11, B21, R81, G40 and Y11. The sentiment is Stampendous (from 1998). I added glimmer on the inside with Creative Inspirations Pains and added a touch of the clear Spica Copic pen on the edge of the scallops inside.

I posted an ATC about a month ago, and Larisa asked me if she could have it- so I sent it off. Well, here in the mail today, I received an awesome ATC from her-all of the way from Russia. I LOVE this- she is quite the artist!!! Thanks so much!
