Over the Moon

I have completed my 6 months of Dirty Dozen at SCS this month, so can now get back to making more cards for challenges and just for the heck of it.  And, should be around to comment weekly like before!

The Clean and Simple challenge is to use a moon.  Do you think this qualifies for CAS???  Distress inks were added to the background- and I used complimentary colors-purple and yellow- hence the tinges of brown....  I added black soot over the top.  Splatters of white paint added and dots of Stardust gelly roll pen for a little sparkle. The astronaut was colored sparingly and a little gray added to the moon.  Sweet little guy- think I will send this to my Grandson : )

Thanks for stopping by!

That awesome galaxy sky is absolutely perfect for your sweet little astronaut!! What a precious card!

I loved all the DD designs you created during your time with the Dirty Dozen, Shelly. The thought and effort you put into creating such amazing pieces certainly shown a light on the fact that you belong in that elite group of talented artists.
