The Technique Junkies taught us this technique last year- we call it Faux Paint Chip. I
stamped and embossed the frame first, then did the technique inside of
the frame using GrassRoots, Buttercup and Reflecting Pool Shades Die
Ink. The burlap is painted with Gesso and I painted over the top with Shimmery White Smoosh. The cardstock is Coordinations, and I sanded the embossed top to see the lighter blue shade from the 'core' color.
