On the background, I used Creative Inspirations Paints. The flowers are a new die- the oval is the frame around the flowers- they reminded me of Stained Glass. I cut the die on double sided sticky tape which was attached to plain white cardstock, then added Microfine glitter and colored the flowers and background with Copics.

So pretty, I am going to have to try these new techniques! At first I thought the flowers were embroidered. =) I really like all the colors you used in the background, they remind of the fall (we don't get to experience the foliage where I live now) my favorite season!
