Sweet Stamps-For Dad

This week the Sweet Stamps Challenge is For Dad.
I had a little brayering fun on this card. Here are the supplies I used:
Stamps: 2 Horse Silhouette, Horseshoe both found HERE, and Dad found HERE.
Inks: Shades Die Inks- found HERE ,  Distress Ink- clear embossing Ink HERE
Embossing Powder: Clear and Fantasy Ivory HERE
Die: Nellie Snellen Rectangle Multi frame HERE
Cardstock: Coordinations Sandy Tans HERE
DSP for rosettes: Bo Bunny Vicki HERE

I found the ribbon in Breckenridge Colorado last summer- perfect! I wish you could see the glittery gold sparkle from the Fantasy Ivory EP I used on Dad and the horseshoe.  The Horse Silhouette was stamped using the Rock and Roll technique, then stamped into the embossing ink and clear embossed so I could brayer over it. The card measures 5 1/4" x 5 1/4".

With the Belmont Stakes coming up this weekend, I thought a horse themed card would be perfect!  I’ll Have Another has a chance to win- and the last time we had a Triple Crown winner was Affirmed - and that was 34 years ago!  So, lets all cheer on I’ll Have Another........!!!

I hope you will join in the challenge!  Every entry qualifies you for a chance to win $20 of items from the store at  Sweet Stamps, and if you use a Sweet Stamps image- you will receive an additional chance to win! Please note- there is a limit of 10 challenges for each entry. The winner is chosen by Random.org- so everyone has a chance to win!

Stop by the Sweet Stamps Challenge Blog HERE to see what the rest of the DT has created for the Double Dutch Fold Challenge.
