My Blog candy is HERE and it ends tomorrow (Tuesday) ~ 12 Noon CST (approximately).....
I colored the image with Copic Markers. I added Creative Inspirations Paint to the eyelet border around the picture and the heart doily. I added Copic Spica in red to the girls hair tie. I also added a panel of a shimmery technique punched with the MS Hearts border punch.
The sentiment is from Create with TLC digi's. The Cuttlebug folder is from a bundle from the HSN. The corner bow is folded rayon seam binding and I added a rhinestone colored with a Copic Marker.
