Bloggers Challenge-Patterned Papers

I am still on a PINK roll this week- it all started with the BELLI Challenge!  LOL
This week for the Bloggers Challenge, we are using Patterned Papers….and I have this double pocket card I folded up and never finished from ….ages ago!  (It is a Technique Junkies fold……from Oct/Nov 2007….).  Better late than never…….!

I am learning some new ‘things’ with the photo software…..this is the same double pocket fold…..
The image is a freebie for the next month at McMahon Five Design. I colored with Creative Inspirations Paint in pinks of course- I also painted the Prima flowers with CI paint. The flowers and trim are also from McMahon Five Designs.
The pocket edge trim is a MS punch- I used SU Rose Red and White cardstock.

The first tag is a shimmery background that I did a Colored Reversed Grid technique on- it is highlighted with Rose Red ink,. The heart is from a new SU set called Punched Potpourri. Note the brad at the top of the tag, used to coordinate with the set. The tag on the Rt is on Rose Red cardstock and is colored in Pink and then highlighted with a Stardust Gelly Roll Pen.
The Bloggers Challenge players will be linked to list Mom LISA’s BLOG again this week. Come play with us- we’d love to see what you create with your Patterned Papers!

Challenges for my card:
Creative Belli- “P'” theme- Pink, Pattern Papers, Paint, Pearls
Do You Stack Up- Pink
Stamp Insanity-favorite color and go Monochrome
Crafts and Me-Monochrome
Tip Top Tuesday- All Sentimental
Paper Playtime- use the word “Love” on your project

I think it is fab that you can meet all of these challenges with one card -- that's stamping smarter! The card is gorgeous -- love the layers, love the papers and as a cancer survivor, I can tell you that anyone would appreciate this card!

The double pocket fold looks fantastic with the punched borders!

I also had to download that stamp - It's good for all kinds of cancer, not just breast cancer.
