Technique Junkies technique called Vintage Wallpaper for my background. I used the Scrollworks embossing plate and Shades dye ink in Sand Castle, Chocolate Delight and Deco Coral on Confetti cardstock. The image- Cherie is also stamped on Confetti cardstock. I used the Shades dye inks again and water colored carefully. I cut out the image using a die by Nellie Snellen which you can see HERE. I used the Dancing Doily lace border- painted with Chocolate Delight ink in the center. The bow uses Antique White seam binding.
