I used Teacup Sailing for the image, and I used a sentiment from RSC-28 Stay Cool set. I love that Spellbinders is now making the HM images in sets that include sentiments!
The image and water is colored using Copics, and I used SU soft Sky for the sky, Memento yellow for the sun.
