Cleaning out my stash, I found a beautiful card kit Darlene sent me 5 years ago. We were in a swap group over at Splitcoaststampers There were beautiful DP, Butterfly images, ribbons, gems- such a lovely collection. Well, while visiting a friend, Sharon, I challenged us to use this kit and create cards. We had a great time and were very productive!
This is my first card. I so love butterflies, especially Monarchs! I used the Alpha prompts for H for this card= and the DP has Green and Golds- bingo!
I love butterflies and birds. This was my friend Sharon's stamp....! I loved it and wanted to use it for a card. I read the teapot recipient (A Splitcoast challenge) loves bluebirds, etc.... but after the fact, I re-read and we were supposed to make nautical cards. Doesn't this look Nautical to you??? LOL
My friend, Sharon created 3 cards- all beautiful from the kit.
We went letterboxing together before a snowstorm with gusty winds hit- and it was `8 when we headed out! But it was such a fun and warm welcoming visit!

I had so much fun making cards with you! I even made a scrapbook page with scraps of the paper we had left. The papers were so pretty! Thanks for sharing your kit. Your cards turned out beautiful! It was a fun to go letterboxing with you!
Shelly, this post is extra sweet - love the cards but even better than that is hearing you and Sharon had fun making cards together and to see the pictures, too. Fun!
