This technique looks hard or time consuming, but it was not too bad to follow at all! This sweetie is a stamp by CC Designs.
I followed the technique and really love the way this turned out! I used masking, made the flooring- used Copic markers for coloring the image and the floor and background.

Shelly, This is so wonderful with the spotlight shining down on him center stage! What a great technique. I'm definitely going to have to try this on something.
