Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of all compassion and God of all encouragement, who encourages us in our every affliction, so that we may be able to encourage those who are in any affliction with the encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by God. For as Christ’s sufferings overflow to us, so through Christ does our encouragement also overflow.” (NABRE)
Challenge: As a Christian and a nurse, January is very busy in the hospital with those who are afflicted with illnesses. Let's make a Get well card for our January challenge and send it to someone to put a smile on his/her face.
I made this at the last minute, cause I have a head cold and am sleeping alot! I used the SCS color challenge for the card, coloring with Copic markers. The DSP from SU is one I hoard- I have more of it and liked how it went with the color theme.
Thanks for stopping by! Stay well!

This is so sweet. Love the CAS style. I do hope you feel better soon!!
Isn’t that a sweet image, and the coffee and sentiment are so cute and fun for a get well card. Lovely.
How adorable! She's a cutie! I love the colors and the paper choice! Thank you for a wonderful scripture and challenge this month in the Crafters of Faith - you are such an important part of why this group stays - and prays - together so well! Feel better, my friend (hmmm, a nod to 'getting well!") Hugs!
What a beautiful card Shelly - an adorable image so beautifully coloured and presented
