The Splitcoast Ways to Use it challenge is to use snowflakes.
I used Ranger Distress inks for watercoloring the images, and I also have watercolor pencils as well. The Wink of Stella sparkle in the centers of all of the snowflakes and on the hat tassels and steam of the hot cocoa is not too visable, but it is soarkly IRL.
I used MFT dies for the snow banks, and a SU sentiment. I stamped the images and used the Scan n Cut for cutting the images out.
Orange and Blue are our home team football colors (Chicago Bears). It looks like a tough season for our Bears and all of the Bears fans!

Oh my those penguins are just too cute with the snowflakes. Not sure that I like the layers of snow since we got 4 inches the other day...you prob got more though, hehe.
Lovely card Shelly, those little penguins are adorable, all wrapped up to deal with those deep layers of snow!
xx
Your card is so adorable. Love the little penguins and your cute scene.

Too cute. I love how you did them in your team colours. I'm not a sport watcher but my girlfriend and cousin are and they talked about the three of us getting together for a game. I said, "you go, I'm not going." Well, my girlfriend came back with a quick reply--you can knit when we watch the game, you're in." It was hard to say no again--LOL.
Shelly, this is soooo cute!
AWE!! Your penguins are just so precious!! I love the whole wintry scene here Shelly! HUGS
