COF- Thankful

September 2019 Hostess: Jeanette

Scripture: All things were created through him, and apart from him not one thing was created that has been created. (John 1:3, CSV)

Challenge: Include something on your card (or other project) that you are especially thankful that God created.

I so love flowers! However, they make me sneeze and have asthma, so I prefer coloring them and admiring them on cardstock!!!  They do, however, remind me of my Mother who was a master gardener. She would make flowers come alive!!!

PSX was one of the first lines of stamps I was introduced to, and wanted to be able to make samples like the ones I saw in the store!  In those days, there were No Copic markers : )  Before I began this card, I saw the Inspiration challenge at Splitcoast, and decided to combine the challenges.  I used MME DP for the background and a retired by coveted sentiment from Sweet n Sassy Stamps. Just a touch of Twine and the card is good to go!

Challenges TBA

Thanks for stopping by!

A wonderful card Shelly - and a great tribute to your mother too. Pity about the allergies inhibiting your pleasure in flowers generally.

So pretty! That is a lovely classic stamp. I just realized I don’t know when Copic markers started. They have always been around as long as I have been using alcohol markers.
