Sketch lantern

I had fun making an Oriental card for a mingle using the AOSA Sketch (About Oriental Stamp Art Yahoo group).

I used much coveted G45 Bird Song DP. I cut out a die using shimmery pink cardstock - the die is Die-Versions lantern .  I used the flipside of the DP for the middle strip. I cut out a circle of CS and embossed it and added the lantern over that. I used a Copic marker and added highlights to the rhinestones to match.  The sentiment was purchased from a stamp sale- no markings, it says Dream.

My swap partner, Monica, sent me this lovely card:

Thanks for stopping by!

WOW- you have an incredible die besides he stamp. Your card is just gorgeous. And you got a wonderful card back in return. I agree we should have a play day sometime too, hehe. However whoever did the traveling I think would spend all day packing, LOL.
