Creative time

I got into a fender bender and am stuck at home while my car is in repair, so had some fun creating : )

I got out the last TJ newsletter and decided upon using the Gesstenciled Crayons technique to make some cards and ATCs.  I used a Stampin Up set for the kites and the sentiment, and SU DSP.

This is the same Sketch and DSP, but I used a Technique Junkies stamp called Serenity Butterfly.

Love both of these, looks like an interesting technique. Are you able to share the particulars? (I realize some of this stuff is proprietary). Each pretty card puts me in mind of the March winds - the kite flying, and the softly floating butterfly. Beautiful cards. TFS & Hugs

So sorry about your accident. I do hope you weren't hurt. Cars can be fixed; it's tough to get back up to speed sometimes after things like that happened. You haven't lost your mojo. Beautiful and fun cards! Love the kits. I need some spring right now. And the butterfly makes me think in that direction too. Glad you have some down time. Hugs to you.

Two wonderful spring cards!
I really like the added texture.

Hope your car is fixed soon...you may want to make a craft supply run, right?

Sorry I'm behind, catching up. Today is my lucky day, I get a TJ technique sample card AND a butterfly sample card! (I bought that from Stamp Camp way back when Mary owned it.) Sorry about your wreck. That just messes up life for sure, but you've got the right attitude, can't do anything about it, might as well play! xoxo
