Sweet Stamps Monthly Challenge- Easel Card

It's time for the Monthly Challenge at Sweet Stamps, and we are making Easel cards.
I had fun with my brayer- and I used it with Ink Spots and a full sized ink pad. The lightest color Tidal Wave was a spot, next a full sized pad Nassau Blue and the final touches were with a sponge using Aquamarine. Can you see the flourishes I stamped in the dye White ink?  I thought that would make it look blustery- got that idea from Ann : )

I added the trees in black and added some snow on the branches, then cut out the deer out of Brown French Roast Coordinations. I added some paw prints using W1 and W3 Copics. I took glue and randomly went back and forth across the white portion and added Microfine Glitter.

The Joycraft dies were cut using white shimmery cardstock. I added faux stitching around the edges with a Vintage Photo - here is a different shot at the card where you can see the bottom part with the sentiment:
Here are the Sweet Stamps items I used on my card:**

** Here is a look at our snowfall- we are expecting more by the end of the week:
Peanut- he's a Cockapoo-  wants some attention : )

Can you see the incoming bird?  And, we have a family of Cardinals in one of the evergreens : ) Hubby is quite proud of this pic!

The Nativity is ~ 6" covered- the sheep is not visable- it is buried in the snow..... : )
That is the neighbors dog on our front porch.

Thank you for your wonderful comment on my blog, Shelly!! I had to stop by and what did if find! A really really beautiful winter scene both on your card and in your yard! TFS I love every detail of your card and you made me feel so human. Most of the time I think I do too much, but can't help myself. What an artist you are. I have really missed your art. BTW that young soldier gave that request to a visiting helper and she passed it on in Facebook. You can send a card too if you like.

Yup, you got lots of snow too. We got about the same amount. I LOVE your card. I made my Christmas cards in the same colours and I just love it. Your deer is so adorable. I like the snowflakes you added to the top and the base.
