The OSA Yahoo group has a monthly color mingle- make a Black and White card + one other color- this month the plus one color is Blue.
This card is made with Twinkling H2Os using a technique from the
Technique Junkies called Angels Breath. I used a dragonfly sticker and
Microfine transparent glitter- then colored it with Copics and cut it out
. The foilage and Kanji stamps are by
Stonehouse Stamps (plate #3). I added a little white gel pen for dimension on the foilage.

Awesome card, Shelly! You did a great job on the dragon fly. I have only used that technique once since I did it at Joan's last year. Was that a whole year ago already? Beautiful blues. The card you received is pretty too. Have a wonderful week!
