Gingerwood and Technique Junkie ATC Swap

Have you ever made an ATC???  If you have not, they are Artist Trading Cards.  They are 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 -the size of a baseball card.  You can make 10 from a standard sheet of 81/2 x 11 cardstock.
You can find ATC templates on the internet in a variety of places- a cutting template that describes HOW to cut 10 ATC's from one piece of cardstock. Here is a link to one if you are interested.

Since I am in the Technique Junkies group, I trade ATC's to get samples of different techniques.  I do not usually make them to be 'mini cards', I make them to try different techniques.........  I am thinking I will start another blog page entirely devoted to the ATC's....  I only make ATC's once or twice a month , but it would be great to have them all in one place.....

This background is called Spray Starch and Pearl Ex (PE) by the Technique Junkies. I used Blue Russet PE.
Stamps are by Great Impressions and See D's.
I used the SU color wheel to match up colors- the PE most closely matches Bravo Burg, and it said to use Almost Artichoke and Green's....I used Copic markers on the Asian girl by Great Impressions plus the Copic Spica pen in peach-oh la la! Love my Spica pens!
This qualifies for the ABC Challenge-Sparkle!
Fab and Funky-Get it all out...been a while since I used that Pearl Ex!
Thanks for stopping by!

Very cute ATCs, Love that Asian girl. I'm all ATCed out though, made hundreds and hundreds a year or so back. Fun but I'm over it now :)

I have not made an ATC in like 3 years or so. Just never got into the use of them other than being so darned cute! But this is a great way to try techniques.

Yes, I made my graduation party announcements for my son- and I LOVE them. I will show them soon!

As for the card, actually I won the #5th challenge and that was the card posted on Friday- but I believe it is a random drawing b/c that is not my BEST one. LOL! Have a great day!

Fun ATC, I really love this image, too. You always try the coolest techniques. What do you do with all your ATCs. I used to trade them, but never knew what to do with them after. Do you display them anywhere?
