Winter Wonderment

For the McMahon Five Designs new release today, I chose to use some Prima paper and lace..... and a lovely image called Winter Wonderment.
The Prima designer paper has a touch of color that coordinates with Stamping Up Island Indigo (that is a color in case you do not use SU).  I distressed the edge of the Indigo and attached it with a Zig Zag stitch.  I found a wonderful piece of Faux Metal  (Technique Junkies) that I embossed with a Tim Holtz snowflake embossing plate. I used a touch of Indigo and Carmel inks to watercolor the image-just a hint of color. I used a Sakura Gelly Roll pen to add shimmer to the image where the snow is.
The seam binding is dyed with spritzed water and some of the ink on a mat and put in a baggie and scrunched up.  I also used roses and mini rose buds, and added some ink using the aqua painter, then highlighted it with stickles. I added some Prima lace and dyed seam binding with a Zig Zag stitch. There is a touch of Carmel ink on the flowers, in the lace and on the digi, so I added a touch to the background around the edges with a dauber.   I deconstructed a rhinestone flourish to finish off the card.
