Dueling Darlings : Masculine and Motorcycles

Carol (Diva's)  and I (Dazzlers) are the hostesses this month, and our theme is Masculine and Motorcycles.

The image was stamped using Gina K Amalgam ink on Recollections 110# cardstock.  The images were fussy cut.  I used an embossing folder for the background, everything else is from the kit.

For the May kit:
Theme: Masculine/motorcycles
Images: Artistic Outpost
Sentiments:
Fathers Day-SU, Perks MFT, the others- unknown/unsure
Ribbon- tan & white and black satin- SU, silver twine-Europa, others-stash
Embellishments:
Brads-SU, sequins and dew drops- stash
DP- 2 textured papers- Kaiserkraft, woodgrain-Moxie and gray with blue specks-Reminisce

I am recovering from back surgery- day 3 today....and I woke up in the middle of the night, not time for pain meds yet......so checked in with SCS and made a card for today's Sketch challenge using more of the kit up.

This is for the Sketch challenge at SCS, everything is from the kit except the die.  Please visit the blogs and SCS galleries to see all of the fun cards!

Shelly, both of your cards are awesome! (Not sure I'd be making a card so soon after surgery - you are amazing!) Thanks for a great theme, kit, and duel!

Shel-Belle! First things first, CONGRATULATIONS again on your new title! Second, continued prayers as you recover and girl, please ... take it slow!! You don't stay put for long :)
Last, and certainly not least, WOWZA! Your two cards are just a vision - love that it's cut out (that would have taken me forever to fussy cut!) Just gorgeous card designs.
Thank you for your awesome theme this month - what a way to think outside the box and do one we haven't done before! Love it! xo

Two super cards. I love how you arranged all your bits and pieces. Your sketch card is fabulous.

Thank you for hosting. Your theme was much-needed, as I am challenged with masculine cards.

Hope you recover soon. It sounds like you're in a lot of pain.

Hugs,

Beth
