Wahoo! Grad 2016

Congrats to all of the kids (and adults) who graduated this year!  Wahoo!!!

I used a Sketch for the Michael Strong Yahoo Group to create this card. I used an older grad image from SU in Real Red, Gray. The Black is Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  The star (Michael Strong) was stamped in Versamark and embossed in Queens Gold EP. The red strip has a star from the grad set stamped in Versamark. The GRAD letters (Michael Strong) were stamped in Tuxedo black as well. I used twine and gold cord in the tag end.

Challenges:
Craft your Passion- AG ,
Crafting When we Can -add stars.
Pile it on has Tac/Tac/Toe- I used Twine, stamped image(s), twine
ABC Challenge- I is for Important (event-Graduation).

Thanks for stopping by!
Shelly

Wonderful grad card, Shelly! I love that background of the stamped hats and the lovely star embellishment. That's one lucky grad! Day camp is really stressing me out. I know I have over a week yet but I have so much to do before it gets here. I really thought I wouldn't be working as much but they talked me into another month so my hours don;t go down until June 30th. What was I thinking? I don't know if this will be last year for day camp but it will definitely be my last year as the program director. With the twins coming I'm not sure I'll have time to do all this extra work. I'd be a resource person for them if I can squeeze some time in. My hubby also does the high adventure unit so I'm not sure if he'll do it again next year especially if I can't go. We'll just have to see what the next year brings. Have a great week, what's left of it.

YAY, I have one of those! :) What a brilliant GRAD card, such a lovely burst of color!
I'm sure you have been to several graduations in your children's lives, maybe a couple times over right? Perfection, my friend!

Oh this is one cheery & sparkling grad card. Love the cloisonné heart, and the design is one I like lots. The background hats look perfect with the theme & layout and it's rather unique with the tag art on the card front too. Bet the recipient was delighted to get this one!! Love the happy colors too. Great card for a grad! Love all the colors in this and that design. I luckily only had to make one this year (and then ended up buying it instead!).

Fabulous card Shelly. I can see too that any colors could be used so that it would coordinate with school colors of the Grad!
