I found a tutorial on SCS HERE
HERE with Ranger embossing ink and embossed with Clear EP. I used the embossing buddy first......... I decided to use Queens Gold EP around the edge of my card...so, just drag your cardstock through the embossing ink and dip the edge into the embossing powder. I 'burnt' the embossing powder on the edges and top gold medallion as well. Here is another view:
