Creative Inspirations Paint-Into the Woods+metal embellishment

I took this challenge literally- while I was sifting through my stamps, I came across this background that has not seen ink in a while- and I just heard CHF’s is closing their doors……… : (

It is so hard to photograph the incredible shimmer of these paints!!!

I took a small piece of Saran wrap crumpled up and touched it to the lid of Sky Blue, and dabbed on the BG…then I added a touch of Aqua Marine for highlights. This took less than three minutes…..

I used a Zindorf  masking technique for the sun (post it note….) and then dabbed the sun area with Sunshine CI paint. I wanted a little accent on the sun, so mixed a small dab of Peach and Pumpkin CI paints together right on the Saran wrap, then rubbed it together to mix them and dabbed it over the bottom of the sun area.  I added brads to the corners- did not want to fuss up my sympathy card that I am mailing out today...
HERE is the link to the Creative Inspirations Paints website that shows all of the available colors. If you already have some, please use Mr Linky on the CI paints blog HERE- we’d LOVE to see any projects you have made with the paints. (See Mr Linky up in the top right?).
HERE is the link to see what the rest of Design Team A has made with this theme- there are only four of us, and all of the posts are in the same place- please stop by!
Have a wonderful day!!!
Shelly

Awesome! Great colors and although the shimmers don't show up in scans, we know they are there!! Did you ever see the two cards I made with the eyeballs?
